Throughout the fourth quarter of 2023, the top travel and local apps in Greece showed notable trends in weekly downloads and active user activity. Here’s a closer look at the performance of these apps, according to Sensor Tower data.

FREENOW - Taxi and more exhibited a steady increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 13.4K in the week of December 18. Weekly active users also saw a gradual rise, reaching around 50.2K by the end of the quarter.

Aegean Airlines experienced a significant spike in weekly downloads, with a notable peak of about 19.5K during the week of November 20. Active users followed a similar trend, with the highest count of 35.3K in the same week, before stabilizing around 21.8K towards the end of December.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel saw consistent weekly downloads throughout the quarter, averaging around 6.2K by the end of December. The app maintained a stable user base, with weekly active users fluctuating slightly but staying around 117K to 122K.

OASA Telematics had a steady download rate, peaking at approximately 4.1K in mid-October and ending the quarter with about 3.1K weekly downloads. Active users remained consistent, averaging around 37.4K throughout the quarter.

Google Earth showed a gradual increase in downloads, reaching a peak of about 4.2K in the week of November 20. The app's weekly active users experienced a slight increase, ending the quarter at approximately 30.8K.
